Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily loading/unloading of shipping containers and goods, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing delivery schedules, and liaising with transport drivers and suppliers.
- Reconciling inventory records, managing stock levels, conducting inventory audits, and utilizing WMS for tracking.
- Training, scheduling, and supervising warehouse personnel to maximize productivity and ensure safety compliance.
- Ensuring warehouse space is organized and specialized storage (e.g., loading docks, racking) is maintained and secure.
