Job Purpose
The Technical Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end workshop operations, ensuring high fleet reliability, optimal maintenance performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with technical, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workshop Operations Management
- Oversee daily workshop operations and maintenance activities
- Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Manage work order planning, prioritisation, and turnaround time (TAT)
- Ensure high fleet availability and minimal downtime
2. Technical Governance & Quality Control
- Establish and enforce technical standards and SOPs
- Approve repair methods and major component replacements
