What you'll own
As TO, you will be required to assist the Board of Trustees of Carnelian Trustee Company Private Limited (“Trustee Company”) in discharging their fiduciary and statutory responsibilities under SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996.
The role will need you to:
Monitor AMC’s adherence to SEBI MF Regulations, circulars, AMFI guidelines, and scheme disclosures; escalate deviations and ensure remediation.
Prepare and finalise trustee board/committee agendas, notes, briefing packs, and minutes; track actionable and decisions to closure.
Act as the primary coordination point for:
Internal Audit and SEBI inspections of the Trustee Company
Observations, advisories, and post-inspection/audit compliance
Finalise various Trustee Reports which are to be placed to the Board of Trustees and SEBI.
Monitor investor complaints and redressal as and when required.
