Drive Toronto's transit evolution as a Systems Engineer with the Toronto Transit Commission! This hybrid role is integral to testing innovative technologies.
As part of the New Technology & Innovation team, you will assist with evaluating emerging technologies and enhancing current systems. Reporting to the Senior Engineer, you’ll conduct research, run tests, and communicate findings to improve the TTC’s service capabilities. You will leverage your engineering skills to troubleshoot complex issues and manage project advancements.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct research and testing on transit technologies • Support integration and commissioning of new systems • Develop technical documentation and present findings • Monitor project milestones and stakeholder communication • Address safety-critical incidents and suggest improvements
