Job Overview

Responsible for planning and executing timber harvesting and forest care operations, ensuring compliance with quantity and quality targets. Lead partner network of contractors, develop staff skills, maintain long‑term planning, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor short‑ and long‑term harvest schedules in close cooperation with planning and logistics.
• Lead the contractor network for harvesting and forest management, ensuring high environmental performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop operational guidance, handle exceptions, and monitor training.
• Oversee occupational safety, quality management, and cost effectiveness.
• Report to the production manager and participate in the executive team.
