Tutor

Working on behalf of a Local authority, Aatom Recruitment has two new opportunities for a Digital Tutor and an English/Functional Skills Tutor . Both roles are part time 9 to 12.5 hours per week, 3 months contract with a possibility of further extension.

Digital Tutor Responsibilities

• Design and deliver resources for adult learners that meet curriculum and qualification standards, fostering a challenging and inspiring environment.
• Prepare learners for formative and summative assessments, including Essential Digital Skills and Digital Functional Skills exams.
• Track learner progress with accurate and timely reporting to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and fellow Digital teaching staff to enhance the learner experience.
• Provide an ‘outstanding’ teaching experience through Individual Learning Plans, quality assurance practices, and feedback.
