Key Responsibilities

Tyler Munis System Administration

+ Administer, configure, and maintain all Tyler Munis ERP modules

+ Manage system updates, patches, upgrades, and environment refreshes.

+ Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Tyler Technologies as needed.

+ Maintain user roles, permissions, security settings, and workflow configurations.

+ Oversee data integrity, system logs, and scheduled jobs.

Technical Support & Maintenance

+ Perform routine system health checks, database maintenance tasks, and application monitoring.

+ Support integrations between Munis and other City systems (e.g., HRIS, financial systems, document management).

+ Assist with report development using tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL, SSRS, or Munis reporting utilities.

+ Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for ERP systems.
