Reporting To ATO Accountable Manager. 
Location Mossel Bay, South Africa. 
Starlite Aviation Training Academy (Pty) Ltd  has a requirement for a highly skilled individual with technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence to fill the position of UAS Chief Instructor . 
Key Job Responsibilities Manage the performance and development of all UAS Instructors (ratings, competency etc.) to ensure compliance with aviation regulations, legislation, company policies and procedures and SACAA requirements. 
Co‑ordinate and control UAS training at Starlite Aviation Training Academy (Pty) Ltd and maintain UAS standards and discipline amongst instructors and students.
