Job Summary

The UAT Testing Manager will lead and manage all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the implementation of the Empower Loan Origination System (LOS).

This role ensures that the platform and associated digital lending channels meet all business, functional, and compliance requirements prior to production deployment.

A strong background in financial services, LOS platforms (preferably Empower), and UAT leadership in Agile environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage a comprehensive UAT plan, strategy, and schedule for Empower LOS implementation across loan products (mortgage, consumer, commercial).
