Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design UAV airframes and structural components using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks)
- Develop and optimize aerodynamic configurations
- Perform structural analysis and ensure strength, safety, and durability
- Integrate payload systems, sensors, and subsystems into UAV platforms
- Optimize weight distribution for stability and performance
- Conduct simulations and support prototyping and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design (UAV, aerospace, or robotics preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or similar)
- Strong knowledge of UAV design, aerodynamics, and flight mechanics
