UGC Lead (Creative Scale + Brand Trust Layer)


Core Role:

Build and scale a structured UGC + influencer system to improve brand trust, diversify creative output, and reduce over-reliance on AI-generated ads.

Context / Problem to Solve:
  • Currently ~80–90% of creatives are AI-based.
  • This creates:
    • Potential sustainability risks (platform rejections, fatigue).
    • Weaker brand trust and recognition.
  • UGC pipeline is manual and limited (no systems, tools, or scale).

Shift toward a balanced creative ecosystem (~50% UGC / 50% AI) ...
