In this position, you will assess patients' functional and cognitive abilities to create comprehensive treatment plans aimed at improving physical health. Your role plays an essential part in the Allied Health team, providing care that makes a positive impact in patients' lives. This permanent part-time role includes full-time hours until March 31, 2027, working weekdays from noon to 8 pm.
