Job Description

User Experience Design

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify staff needs and pain points.
  • Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and adoption across enterprise solutions, including platforms such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure fullstack environments.

User Interface & Visual Design

  • Design clean, accessible, and responsive user interfaces aligned with established branding and design guidelines.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using standard design tools.
  • Ensure consistent UI patterns across Power Platform solutions, ServiceNow applications, SharePoint experiences, and custom applications.
