Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-centric, responsive UI/UX solutions using Figma and React
- Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Translate design mockups into high-quality front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React)
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
- Conduct usability testing and user research to improve product design
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG standards) and best UI/UX practices are followed
- Contribute to design consistency and standardization across platforms
- Integrate UI components with backend/data systems where required
- Explore and support integration of GenAI-based UI features (RAG, prompt-driven UX)
