UI/UX Lead

Company Description

We're looking for an experienced and highly creative UI/UX Lead who can own the entire design function: set the bar, build the system, and eventually grow a small team under them.

We make tabletop-style casual games (card games, puzzles, board games) for mobile. The UI/UX challenge here is real: clarity, feel, and friction reduction matter enormously in this genre. You'll work across both live titles and new game development simultaneously and be the primary advocate for the user, ensuring their experience is intuitive, delightful, and help us build a system that is easy to use.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of game UX principles, and expert proficiency in Figma.
