Job Description
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Team Lead,
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and leadership capabilities.
3.Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Lead a team of UI/UX designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster their growth and development
2. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
