Position Overview
- Plan and deliver the academic program of EFL students.
- Represent MLA values.
- Work 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday); Non-Residential employment: no meals or accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and adapt lessons using pre-made lesson plans to suit class composition.
- Liaise with co‑teachers and the Director of Studies.
- Teach EFL lessons across a range of levels.
- Inspire and motivate learners, differentiate instruction and scaffold learning for mixed ability.
