Job Description
Qualifications:
At least 2nd year college completed
Minimum of 1 year banking, finance, or credit card collections experience for UK clients is required
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Good assertive communication and problem-solving abilities
Solid understanding of the collections process and customer handling
Comfortable dealing with international customers in a fast-paced environment
Amenable to work on-site and shifting schedule
