Job Description

The position is responsible for providing assistance to the Underwriting Manager/Supervisor in the areas of policy issuance, compliance to Know Your Customer Policy and keeping tabs of all renewals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Timely and accurate preparation of policy, endorsements, cover notes and other related documents.
  2. Ability to identify, file and accept insurance risks.
  3. Subject to the approval of the underwriting manager, the assistant must be able to implement applicable rates on the insurance risks being accepted.
  4. Will perform administrative task in the issuance of policies.
