As Underwriting Transformation Manager , you will help turn this ambition into practical change. You will lead high-impact transformation initiatives from strategy to execution, shaping operating models, processes, tools, and ways of working that are adopted across the business.
A key current focus is reimagining underwriting governance across Swiss Re. This includes simplifying governance frameworks, strengthening portfolio-owner steering, modernizing underwriting standards, embedding governance into underwriting workflows, and enabling AI-supported underwriting with appropriate oversight and decision frameworks.
