As a Fulfilment Solution Responsible you support the Country Solution Responsible by acting as the main point of contact for the assigned IT fulfilment tool in your store. You are also the reference person for all employees in your unit for IT fulfilment tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all warehouse management systems belonging to a unit or group of units – ensuring they are available, well configured and maintained to support operations.
• Responsible for implementation of all kinds of system enhancements to increase efficiency, decrease operational costs, improve quality and smooth operational processes.
• Coordinate the development of the WMS application and associated working methods to fulfill business needs and user satisfaction.
• Act as the main contact person for WMS‑related topics and support daily operations by ensuring stable and efficient system usage within the unit.
