Oversee KYC/CDD/EDD and identity verification; ensure FATCA/CRS reporting accuracy; manage account maintenance and dormancy lifecycle; handle complaints, debit card, online banking, and statement activities; produce stream KPI packs; lead performance management for 9 FTE.

Role Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in Accounting & Finance
Experience: 10+ years in retail/private banking operations; minimum 3 years leading client on-boarding or servicing teams in centralized operations.
