Unit Head – IT Governance
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Unit Head – IT Governance to lead and manage the Bank’s IT Governance function.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the overall IT Governance framework of the Bank. Manage development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, manuals, standards, and SOPs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and international best practices. Drive IT strategy alignment, governance initiatives, and performance monitoring. Oversee IT budgeting, governance reporting, and management presentations. Manage internal, external, and regulatory audits along with timely closure of observations. Lead IT risk management, compliance monitoring, and control assessment activities. Coordinate with regulators, auditors, business stakeholders, and technology teams for governance-related matters.
