Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective, appealing, and measurable manner. The role demands expertise in learning consulting, knowledge discovery, instructional design, and development of a wide range of learning assets, from SOPs and process flows to gamified eLearning modules and ILT/VILT programs.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct due diligence and knowledge discovery sessions with SMEs and stakeholders during transitions.

Develop lesson plans, SOPs, process flows, and training manuals.
