Key Requirements:
- At least one year hands-on experience in Unix/Linux , Scripting (Shell/Python) , AWS Administration or similar Cloud technologies .
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7 support environment) .
- Flexible attitude with a strong commitment to continuous learning and upskilling to meet customer requirements.
- Ability to take ownership and deliver reliable support in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge or experience in Splunk is an added advantage.
