**Up-skilling Coach**
**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop training strategy ad hoc for different areas of the Division, seeking to increase the skills of the members of it and aligned with the commercial strategies (local and global), participating in the activities of Development, and identification of potential Sales Representative, Group Management, etc. from field observations and interventions with members of the same.
- Design and offer courses and other training activities for developing skills and competences to the different positions of the members of the sales force management and other areas; to have the best training proposal to be implemented in the field.
- Develop training ensuring a good return on investment (ROI), aligning the organization´s efforts towards achieving greater objectives with optimized resources.
