In this hands-on role, you’ll guide upstream process development from small-scale experiments to full-scale operations. As the Technical Group Leader – Upstream for the Biologics Business Unit, you will lead cell culture operations, oversee technology transfers, and ensure compliance with GMP standards. Your expertise will be critical to scaling processes and executing experiments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical activities ensuring smooth technology transfer
• Oversee small and pilot scale upstream PD experiments

• Author batch records and SOPs for compliance
