Key Responsibilities Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms 
Write professional, winning proposals to secure projects 
Communicate effectively with international clients 
Identify and develop new business opportunities 
Maintain client communication until project conversion 
Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements 
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 
Strong English communication and writing skills
