Call Center Representative - Voice & Non-Voice (Chat & Email Support)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers primarily through calls, chat, email, and ticketing systems—no phone calls involved. You will assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
