Working hours

• Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday)
• Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat)
• 44 hours per work week

Job scope:

• Greet and register patients
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
