Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding processes
  • Handle work pass applications and renewals and support migrant worker administration matters
  • Manage dormitory arrangements, worker movements, lease renewals, and related documentation
  • Support employee medical matters including health screenings, PCP subscriptions, and medical coordination
  • Handle staff and worker administration, maintain employee records, and ensure proper documentation filing
  • Assist in staff welfare initiatives, company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs
  • Verify claims, maintain employee data records, and perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
