Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise applications, system integration, and technology implementation
- Support application deployment, customization, maintenance, and performance optimization
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Work closely with business users, vendors, and stakeholders
- Support third-party systems and manage application-related issues
- Ensure governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and ISO27001 standards adherence
- Provide user training and support after-hours operations when required
- Lead IT support teams and oversee project progress and reporting
