Job Description

The Job:
  • Monitor, maintain and order office supplies and equipment but not limited to Stationaries, Groceries, Medications, Pantry items, toner
  • Monitor and maintenance of existing office facility and equipment
  • Vendor management such as but not limited to cleaning, pest control, planter and servicing company
  • Source for items and comparison of quotations
  • Ensure related items have been invoiced and liaise with Finance for payment
  • Assist in office main tenant and building management matters
  • Responsible for mail sorting, distribution and courier services
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
  • Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in office administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
