General Manager (Operations) – Onsite Cebu

  • 7–10+ years experience in operations, BPO, or service delivery leadership
  • Proven experience managing large teams (50–200+ employees preferred)
  • Strong background in client services, outsourcing, or international accounts
  • Experience managing P&L, KPIs, and operational performance
