Key Responsibilities:
• Support technical configuration, development, and maintenance of BY WMS modules.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinating fixes across IT and operations teams.
• Work with integration, interface failures, and data validation workflows.
• Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and help validate interface data flows.
