US GAAP Accountant

Job Title: US GAAP Accountant (2–4) Years Experience)  Shift : 5 PM - 3 AM (IST) Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior US GAAP Accountant with 3 –4 years of hands-on experience to support day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and tax-related activities.

The role involves working in a US accounting environment using QuickBooks , ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles .

Key Responsibilities Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger Perform bank and account reconciliations Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Assist in month-end close activities Support tax-related work (basic US taxation, sales tax, documentation) Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist in preparing reports for internal review Coordinate with the Senior Accountant fo...
