About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations for employees and consultants working in the United States.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US HR processes, onboarding compliance, visa coordination, employee engagement, and payroll/benefits-related operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations for US-based employees and consultants.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for W2/C2C/1099 employees and consultants.
  • Coordinate compliance activities including I-9, E-Verify, and Background Verification (BGC/BGV).
  • Support visa/work authorization coordination including H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, and GC processes.
  • Review MSA, SOW, PO, employment agreements, and vendor/client documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll documentation including W2/W9/1099 processes and PTO tracking.
