Job Description

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Specialist who can take our mobile games’ growth to the next level. Someone who understands data as much as player behavior, enjoys experimenting, and knows how to turn insights into scalable growth. From campaign performance to monetization strategy, you’ll play a key role in shaping the commercial success of our games.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and similar platforms
  • Manage budgets and scale profitable campaigns based on CPI, ROAS, and LTV performance
  • Optimize in-game ad revenue through waterfall and bidding strategies using platforms like AdMob and ironSource
  • Analyze and balance IAA and IAP monetization strategies
  • Use AppsFlyer, Adjust, and in-game analytics tools to track player behavior and performance metrics
  • Build and improve dashboards and reporting systems to monitor ROAS, retention, eCPM, ARPD...
