User Experience and Product Lead

We are seeking a User Experience and Product Lead to drive the end-to-end user experience and product delivery of key internal digital products. This role combines strong UX and visual design expertise with product thinking and delivery ownership. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to shape solutions, define priorities, and ensure effective implementation.

• Lead end-to-end UX activities including discovery, research, journey mapping, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Deliver polished, production-ready designs with strong fundamental. Maintain consistency through design systems and experience standards.
