Overview

We are seeking a Creative Director to drive Definity's integral creative direction within an AI-driven technology consulting environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior creative professional who combines strong design expertise with modern AI-assisted workflows, elevating visual communication across the organization. This position is onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern Definity's visual identity across all regions, ensuring brand consistency across internal and external communications
• Establish and enforce scalable brand guidelines, design standards, and creative frameworks
• Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools across creative workflows, from ideation to final asset production
