Job Description

Summary

The main function of the UX Researcher is to conduct quantitative research on customers’ needs, preferences, and behaviors related to products and services within the Bing ecosystem. A typical UX Researcher is responsible for designing and conducting experiments, A/B tests, telemetry analyses, and surveys. They should be skilled at translating large datasets into compelling stories and actionable insights that highlight customer needs and help inform the product roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, conduct, analyze, and report on quantitative UX research projects, including telemetry analysis, A/B tests, flights/experiments, and surveys.
