The Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven UI/UX Designer to take ownership of our in-house products and client web platforms. You will bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring every design is not only visually stunning but also optimized for user flow, page speed, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Design: Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for complex web platforms and landing pages.
- Conversion Optimization: Design with a conversion-first mindset—placing strategic CTAs and intuitive navigation to turn organic traffic into leads.
- User Research: Conduct user testing and analyze heatmaps/behavioral data to iterate on existing designs.
