Job Description

Fan Milk PLC is looking for an agile and strategic team member to join the team as a Utilities Manager.

The Utilities Manager will be responsible for managing and supplying good quality water, steam, refrigeration and compressed air to the Mixing and Processing, Packaging and other areas to achieve AOP in conformance with all engineering, statutory and safety standards.


In this role, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager.


The position is a permanent position based in Accra GHANA.


About You

  • BSc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field

  • A minimum of 5 -10 years’ experience in utilities operation, management and maintenance engineering in Food Industry.

  • Proven first line maintenance skills.

  • Resource management skills
