**🔹 Role Purpose**
Lead the planning, operation, optimization, and statutory compliance of all plant utilities while ensuring **high reliability, cost efficiency, sustainability, and seamless coordination with government authorities** .
**🔹 Key Responsibilities**
**1. Utility Operations & Reliability Leadership**
+ Ensure **100% utility availability** with zero impact on production
+ Drive uptime improvement actions and system stabilization
+ Monitor critical parameters and implement control strategies
**2. Maintenance & Reliability Engineering**
+ Own **Preventive, Predictive, and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)**
+ Lead advanced RCA (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, A3 Analysis)
+ Improve MTBF and reduce repeat failures
**3. Utility Systems Ownership**
End-to-end responsibility for:
+ Compressed Air Systems
+ Cooling Towers & Chille...
