  What You'll Do   
 Think thru and communicate concepts visually using techniques like journey mapping, storyboards and sketching, and light prototyping to communicate visual/interaction design concepts 
 Collaborate with Product Management to define best-in-class customer and associate experience for key fulfillment initiatives. 
 Responsible for the design process of product features and iterations, developing design solutions for new problems and improvements to existing features across multiple areas and applications (app and websites). 
 Takes learnings from competitive analysis and identifies opportunities based on multiple data points: business strategy, customer needs and competitive learning. 
 Uses research insights to address user needs and design solutions. 
 Able to design and constructively critique effective experiences for end-users.
