Description

In this role, you’ll lead the user experience design process — from research and discovery to wireframes and prototyping. Your focus will be on understanding our users’ needs and behaviors and translating that into seamless, scalable workflows that enhance how our customers engage with the platform. You’ll work within our Product team and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and our Designer on the Marketing team. While visual consistency and UI polish are important, your primary focus will be on the structure, usability, and clarity of the product experience. This is a collaborative and influential role where you’ll shape the way our customers navigate complex tasks and engage with core HR processes in a modern, approachable way.
