Amazon Ads is looking for an experienced UX Manager to lead a team of UX Designers responsible for end-to-end advertising experiences across Amazon Devices - including Fire TV, Fire Tablet, Alexa, and Echo. This leader will own the design strategy for ad experiences that feel native to each device surface, respect the end-customer experience, deliver measurable results for advertisers, and push the boundaries of what advertising can be on ambient, voice-first, and living-room screens.

This role sits at the intersection of multiple device publishers - each with their own product vision, roadmap, and customer experience bar. You will build deep, trusted relationships with publisher teams across the Devices organization, drive cross-publisher alignment on shared design standards and ad experience principles, and ensure a cohesive advertising experience for customers regardless of which device surface they encounter.
