Job Description Lead and participate in user and market research to generate deep product insights and inspire innovative design ideas. Identify and evaluate both business and user needs, and translate them into clear, logical, and user-centric UX flows through scenario mapping, pain-point analysis, and process design. Deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions that are well-structured, visually compelling, and aligned with product objectives. Independently produce complete, detail-oriented, and decision-efficient design specifications. Define, maintain, and evolve design patterns, visual systems, and experiential guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity across ShopeePay products. Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners across regions.
