Responsibilities

  • Deliver on targeted monthly brand‑wise volume and value, achieve budgeted receivables, and manage daily sales‑outstanding objectives for the territory.
  • Maintain harmonious PR with trade, provide prompt and efficient customer service, and comply with journey plans.
  • Participate in all team‑working activities and act as an effective team‑player at all times.
  • Achieve set KPIs on distribution visibility, BDA implementation, or share of space as per the market‑share planograms.
  • Secure primary visibility in the category and explore secondary visibility opportunities to secure dominance.
  • Ensure all‑round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock pressure.
  • Manage trade‑returns within agreed levels.
