Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Coordinator to join our modular construction team. In this role, you will be the bridge between digital design, factory manufacturing, and on-site assembly.
Unlike traditional construction, modular projects require absolute geometric precision and flawless data management before fabrication begins. You will be responsible for managing BIM model coordination, executing 4 D (scheduling) and 5 D (cost) simulations, and maintaining the strict administration of project documentation, transmittals, and submittals within our Common Data Environment (CDE).
Key Responsibilities1. BIM Coordination & Advanced Clash Detection
- Manage, append, and maintain the federated 3 D model combining structural, MEP, architectural, and manufacturing fabrication models.
